Aura Field is designed around a simple target-based model. A user may choose a person, space, pet, object, project, vehicle, or other meaningful target and provide enough information to distinguish that target for the requested experience.

We aim to minimize the information required for activation.

Aura Field does not require access to your device's live precise location, medical records, financial accounts, passwords, or government identification.

Information submitted for Aura Field may be stored for the period needed to operate the requested field, maintain records of activation, provide support, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, or until it is no longer reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Where appropriate, information may be deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed.

When an Aura Field subscription or activation ends, the information used specifically to identify and operate that field — such as the target name, address, description, photograph, or submitted intention — will be deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period after the service ends, unless you ask us to retain it for reactivation or we are required to retain certain information by law.

When an Energy-Inspired Service is completed — including a single session or the final session of a multi-session package — information used specifically to identify and perform the service, such as a name or other reference, address or location description, pet or object description, photograph, or submitted intention, will be deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period after the service is completed, unless you ask us to retain it for a future session or we are required to retain certain information by law.

Transaction, billing, subscription, and business records may be retained separately for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and other legitimate legal or business purposes.
